Coupang made its first international launch in June 2021 in Japan and continued its expansion to Taiwan the next month. I have worked as the main researcher that covers end-to-end product development while delivering cultural research insights simultaneously. I have contributed to its successful launch by delivering impactful and actionable insights while practicing agile and lean UX.

UX VOLUNTEER COMMUNITY

I founded a UX volunteer community to create social impact by connecting them with NGOs in need. Using design thinking and leadership skills, I grew the community of 3k global volunteers within a year.

 

As it's my first time trying to build something like this, I followed the design thinking process of Empathize - Define - Ideate - Prototype - Test. At UX Rescue, everything is a prototype and constantly evolving.

This UX design project is for the metabolic assessment program that Life Time offers exclusively. The project was initiated as the system created a lot of errors that were causing significant losses at the company.
