Jan 2020 - CURRENT
Founded UX rescue to empower UX practitioners to learn, grow, and network by connecting them with NGOs in need. Acquired 18000+ volunteers across the world and completed 50+ projects with various global organizations
FEB 2022 - Jan 2024
Identified different types of users' JTBDs across their journeys. Delivered actionable insights that led to a 12.5% decrease in the cancellation rate of premium subscriptions. Mentored junior researchers, designers, and product managers on research principles and methodologies.
AUG 2020 - FEB 2022
Senior UX Researcher
Led research projects in the company’s first international service launch within 6 weeks via agile testing. Suggest actionable insights to enhance the app and service performance after launch by building an international recruiting process and running lean research
APR 2018 - MAY 2019
UX / Service Design Researcher
Introduced design research to a rapidly growing tourism company in Peru. Initiated more CX and UX projects than assigned to prove when and how design research can be utilized while managing all projects in a tight timeline and improving experience quality and revenue.

UX/ Service Design Researcher
Worked with multiple different tourism organizations in South America delivering human-centered design strategies to businesses. Established a standardized check-in process and customer satisfaction assessments at El Hostelito. Increased review scores by 180%. Performed usability testing and delivered wireframe for the Galapagos Booking Travels website. Increased website traffic by 200%.
