I love bringing changes by sharing stories and building empathy.
I am dedicated to creating social impact and making the world a better place using my passion and research skills.
So I created UX Rescue, a UX volunteer initiative to help organizations in need.
When running research, I commit to creating impact
via building empathy and maximizing efficiency.
In the following slides, you will find my approach to each step, used skills/tools,
and work examples of service design and UX projects.
